First of all I love Microsoft and every software they developed. I would definitely recommend Live meeting to small business owners who wants to increase the communication between employees. Our company have had amazing results after we purchased Live Meeting. The only draw back is the price in comparison to the competition.

I had a bad experience with live meeting in the past and I don't recommend it. I think Microsoft is over saturated with so many products and it has forgotten how to develop useless product. It's not as affordable as the other online meeting softwares such as meetmenow and gotomeeting.
