My boss told me yesterday that we will be having a web conference with our sister company based on a different state. When I received the invite, I got worried because I don’t know much about web conferencing, all I know is it is a web meeting and that’s it. I researched about it and I found this site, now I am confident I won’t look like a fool during the conference.

These days, people are getting more and more conscious of how we can be environment friendly, conserve and recycle becomes the main theme. Do you know that web conferencing is also saving the planet in its own way? They now even offer CO2 calculators that show you at the end of a webinar session how much CO2 you have saved. If there was no web conferencing technology, the participants would have to actually drive or fly to gather in a physical environment and hold their meetings!
