Joseph, are there classes or study materials available for setting up and conducting Webinars? I have been pushing this technology at my company for over 3 yrs. now. I am finally making some head way but unfortunately I have lost the slight edge I had back then. I would like to present a comprehensive solution but am afraid I don't have enough informaiton. Any suggestions or help would be greatly appreciated.
